Our role is to promote and support our Youngn's. 

We look for and apply for professional work on their behalf directly through our contacts and through Spotlight. We negotiate contracts and handle invoices. We always approach from the view of what is best for the young person, not what is best for the industry and we consider the long term goals for our clients. 

We work with energy and attention to search for the best possible opportunities to the best of our ability but we cannot guarantee work or castings.

Communicate with us! Tell your goals and also your boundaries so we are looking for work which excites you. Please be very clear about your availability. We believe real life comes first so yes to the school Play, Year 6 Disco, Auntie Merediths wedding in Australia - all very important. We just need to know about them so we don't waste any lovely Casting Directors time. 

We are proud to represent the most hardworking, positive and brilliant team of artists. We ask that all of our clients and Teams uphold these standards to maintain our growing reputation. 

We work on commission at Equity standard rates and do not require any Agency admin fee's. 

We offer Agency workshops to  support our Youngn's professional development but these are entirely optional and have no impact on your place at the Agency. 

All performers registered with us are required to have their own Spotlight Membership. This is currently £136.50 or £12.48 a month for Young Performers. There are discounts available for disabled and neurodivergent performers

This is paid directly to spotlight and there is no Agency 'cut'. 

We use a system called TAGMIN, you will be given a page and log in information which is the clients responsibility to populate and keep up to date. Accurate heights, measurements and availability are crucial to us all. 

This is no cost to you and covered by the Agency. 

Being a young performer is full of highs and lows. Please think carefully about whether you or your child is comfortable enough to handle success and also rejection too. 

If you love performing for fun consider your local weekend Stage schools, Youth Theatre or Community Theatre opportunities and do it for the joy!
