Who we are

Hello,

We are Lottie & Sam and we run Youngn's together, Lottie from the North and Sam from the South. We both come from performing backgrounds ourselves with our own careers including Film, TV, West end and more and we set out to be the Agents we always wish we had had when we were getting started. 

We are also both parents and approach everything from a performer/child first perspective. Alongside Youngn's, Lottie also has extensive experience as an Agent as Head of Commercials at Nylander Shaw. Sam has a background in Psychology and also works as a Performance Coach

We both strongly advocate for the wellbeing, mental wellness and resilience of young performers as they navigate this exciting and challenging industry.
